The AP Seminar assessment consists of three parts: two performance tasks and one end of course exam. These consist of a team project and presentation (20%), individual research-based essay and presentation (35%), and an end-of-course exam (45%).

Collegeboard has listed past end of course exams and performance tasks that you can use to help you do well on the AP assessment. Make sure to check the scoring for those to get an idea of what to do/what not to do.
